Terms – Distance purchase terms-agreement, which determines remote (distance) purchase-sale procedure on "PFAT online" site and, at the same time, the obligations and rights of the Seller and the Buyer, terms of purchase and payment of the provided services by the Seller, service delivery and return procedures, responsibility of the Parties, as well as regulates other issues related to the purchase and sale of the services.

PFAT online – Seller’s website for concluding a distance transaction.

Regulations of Cabinet of Ministers – Regulations of Cabinet of Ministers No 255 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”, which shall apply if the Buyer uses PFAT online website as a Consumer.

Transaction – an agreement between the Buyer and the Seller on the provision of the Service, concluded remotely, using means of distance communication.

Seller – SIA “PFAT grupa”, company reg. No 40103944961, legal address Ropazu Municipality, Vangazi, 12 Vidzemes Street, Apt 90, LV-2136.

Buyer – A natural person who has reached the age of 18, or a natural person who carries out an economic activity, or a legal person.

Parties – the Seller and the Buyer together.

Service – the service provided by the Seller for sale on PFAT online site at the prices set by the Seller; the price of the Service on PFAT online site may differ from the price for the same Service at PFAT office.

Purchase Terms Purchase Terms.

  • Terms of the service purchase agreement of the company PFAT grupa (hereinafter referred to as – the Seller) are an integral part of the agreement concluded between the Buyer and SIA “PFAT grupa”, legal address: 12 Vidzemes Street, Apt 90, Vangazi, LV-2136, e-mail: pfat@pfat.lv. The service purchase agreement consists of the Buyer’s order and existing terms.
  • The Seller sells on the Internet website and the Buyer buys the Service from the Seller and, if necessary, orders the Delivery services at the prices set by the Seller. The range and quantity of the Services and Delivery services are individually agreed upon by the Parties each time they are purchased / sold, leaving the Seller the right to determine the price of the particular Service.
  • Before placing a service order, the Buyer must carefully read the terms of the purchase-sale agreement.
  • By placing service orders, The Buyer confirms that he has read and agreed to the existing terms of the agreement.
  • When placing a service order, the Buyer attaches the file to be translated.
  • If the Buyer has any complaints about the quality of the services provided, the Buyer is welcome at SIA “PFAT grupa” office, taking the documents and a document confirming the payment for the services with him/her. PFAT grupa will carry out an independent quality check and, if poor quality is detected, PFAT grupa will refund the amount of the specific order. Delivery and notary expenses are not compensated.
  • After placing an order, the Buyer must pay for the service according to the chosen payment method.
  • The Transaction is concluded as soon as the Buyer has placed an Order and paid for it.
  • PFAT grupa shall not take any responsibility or risks if the Buyers has not or has partially acquainted with the Purchase Terms and Privacy Policy.
  • The Buyer shall take responsibility and all risks for online purchases, including receiving the service.
  • The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in performance or non-performance of the obligations, or any other breach arising from circumstances and obstacles beyond the reasonable control of the Seller, including but not limited to strikes, government orders, acts of war or national emergency, environmental or climate anomalies, non-compliance by third parties, internet connection failures and technical problems with communication equipment, computers and software.
  • All issues not stipulated in the Terms and/or not discussed at the time of concluding the Transaction shall be resolved by the Parties in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.

Privacy Policy Privacy Policy.

  1. Introduction
    1. The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to provide the Buyer with information about the purpose, scope, protection and rights of personal data processing.
    2. We respect Buyer’s privacy and ensure that personal data processing complies with the requirements of regulatory enactments. The Buyer can safely entrust your personal data to us.
    3. Personal data - any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
  2. Data Controller
    1. The personal data controller is SIA “PFAT grupa”, reg. No 40103944961, legal address Ropazu Municipality, Vangazi, 12 Vidzemes Street, Apt 90, LV-2136.
  3. Purposes and legal basis of personal data processing
    1. The Seller may process personal data for the following purposes:
      1. to prepare and conclude the agreement;
      2. to place orders;
      3. to identify the client;
      4. to serve the client;
      5. to ensure provision of the service;
      6. to improve the service quality;
      7. to develop new services;
      8. to revise objections, claims, complaints, suggestions, notifications and other submissions;
      9. to communicate;
      10. to administer payments;
      11. to collect debt;
      12. to maintain and analyse statistical data;
      13. to research market;
      14. to advertise new services and goods;
      15. to announce news;
      16. information regarding video surveillance is below;
      17. for other purposes, if the customer has been informed.
    2. Legal basis for personal data processing:
      1. requirements of regulatory enactments (for example, the Law on Accounting, the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, the Labour Law, etc.);
      2. contractual relations;
      3. in certain cases with the consent of the Buyer, in order to realize the legitimate interests of the controller or the third party to whom the personal data has been disclosed, in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
  4. Video Surveillance
    1. PFAT grupa performs video surveillance and recording in the office as well as in the structural units.
    2. The purpose of video surveillance:
      1. to protect the health and life of the employees, visitors and others;
      2. to prevent and detect criminal offenses;
      3. to pursue the legitimate interests of PFAT grupa or the third party to whom the personal data have been disclosed, in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms of the Buyer.
    3. Video surveillance does not mean automatic identification of a person. We will only use the video in certain cases to achieve the stated objectives.
    4. Note that visiting a PFAT grupa address will make you a video surveillance object.
    5. PFAT grupa will store the video for up to one month. The exact data storage time depends on the quality of the recording and the amount of available memory, and may vary slightly. In cases where the record is required as evidence in civil, administrative, criminal or other legal proceedings, PFAT grupa reserves the right to keep the record for as long as necessary.
    6. PFAT grupa legitimate interests are to apply to state or local government institutions, as well as courts to protect its interests.
  5. Transfer of Personal Data
    1. In order to fulfil legal obligations, PFAT grupa may transfer your personal data to law enforcement agencies, as well as state and local government institutions in cases specified by law.
    2. PFAT grupa may transfer your personal data to state and local authorities as well as debt collection service providers to protect your legitimate interests.
    3. In order to provide quality services and efficient customer service in certain cases, PFAT grupa transfer your personal data to companies providing outsource services to it (for example: banking and other payment system services, out-of-court debt collectors, financial or tax audits, etc.). In order to achieve the purposes set out in the policy, PFAT grupa may provide your personal data to security companies that provide video surveillance services. These companies may only process your personal data in accordance with the instructions of the controller and may not use it for other purposes. These companies are required by law and cooperation agreement to comply with an appropriate level of personal data protection.
  6. Security of Personal Data
    1. PFAT grupa provides, constantly reviews and improves security measures, as well as uses modern technologies to protect the personal data of its employees and customers. PFAT grupa protects your data with physical and logical safeguards so that your data is adequately protected at every stage of data processing. The level of protection of your personal data always remains high.
  7. Time of Storage of Personal Data:
    1. Your data will be processed for as long as the contract is valid, as well as during the limitation period of claims arising from the contract;
    2. as long as the parties pursue their legitimate interests;
    3. in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments;
    4. as long as the Buyer’s consent to the processing of personal data is valid, unless there is another lawful basis for processing.
  8. Buyer’s Rights
    1. The Buyer has right to:
      1. find out if we process his personal data;
      2. in case we process Buyer’s personal data, he has the right to access the relevant information;
      3. jif the information about the Buyer is incorrect or incomplete, he has the right to provide us with up-to-date information and ask for its correction;
      4. withdraw consent;
      5. in certain cases the Buyer has the right to object to data processing, ask to restrict data processing, ask to delete data. Please be informed that these rights are exercisable only in accordance with the requirements of the law and we reserve the right to refuse to perform the above activities on the basis of the requirements of regulatory enactments.
      6. receive and / or transfer personal data to another controller. This only applies to data the Buyer has provided to us on the basis of his/her consent or contract, and if the processing is carried out automatically.
    2. The rights can only be exercised on the basis of a written application (including one signed with a secure electronic signature). The Seller will respond within the legal deadline.
    3. The Seller will review your application in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments. If a solution cannot be reached, the Buyer has the right to apply to the Data State Inspectorate.
